Evolution bug, game randomly start evo on random player

Hello I was in the evolutions tab looking at all the available evolutions and the game bugged out and was showing no evolutions, when I backed out of the tab and went back in again it had started the...

And nothing about how to fix, 3 monts ago it was noticed by a random player and still nothing changed, i very missed my 100k coins on a Foden "perfect playmaker" evo that is useless for me, wanted to put a different player, i very upset
