I believe if you completed the stages on the final part of the evo then u are forced to claim it, bascially whatever stage your evo as it is what you will "claim", so if its currently at say stage 2 and you completed the levels by mistake and it has the "claim" button but the evo has expired you still have to claim what you have done so far but anything beyond that will not be added / claimed.
