Evolution missing future stars

I have Pisilli evolution, it's 88 rated and i can't get it to 91 OVR. I checked the requirements and it said min # 2 playstyle +. I only have 1 playstyle+ and i completed the future stars objectives, and completed the evos all. Did i do something wrong?

Pissili 80 ovr > 84 > playstyle (s)(+) > 88

What am i missing?
