Evos
If I put an EVO on a player to make it 97 rated, will that lock me out of the possibility of using future evos to make that same player 99 rated?

Have there ever been evos, in past games, that would allow you to upgrade a 97 rated player into a 99?
I do believe there was 1 last year that did, i distinctively remember have a normal faced 99 like no dynamic image one but can’t 100% for sure say it was because of an evo or if the card came like that.
I don't want to lock myself out of having a 99, so I think I'll play it safe and use an evo to make it 96 and then wait for another evo to make it 99. This is only my second fc game in recent years and I don't remember seeing an evo that would let you go from 97 to 99. I too had a 99 normal faced player in fc 24, but it was a random player. I think it was one of those evos that would allow you to upgrade a bronze or silver player.
