False Ban

Been falsely banned for coin distribution and the “TOS team” couldn’t give two * about it. Just thought I would post to remind you all that EA does not care about you. I have linked them proof of my paypal and was willing to host my bank statements to be unbanned. I have bought 110,000 fifa points this year alone, yes 110,000 points, and they don’t care. I have told them the coins came from those points. And no coins have left my account. I have a 5m coin team with 5m coins liquid so I’m mindblown they can’t see I have done nothing wrong. I sent them pictures of the icon trades I made and have appealed 3 times to no avail. I have probably spent £5000 over the last 6 years on FIFA just to be banned falsely the one year I have been lucky. Don’t give these guys another penny. I have attached below a screenshot of an example of the icon trades I made. (WOW WONDER HOW I GOT ALL THOSE COINS I MUST HAVE BOUGHT THEM ILLEGALLY) Nothing to do with the thousands upon thousands of points in the corner of my screen. Criminals.

I enjoy the game and don’t mind spending money on it. But when they literally ban me for no reason a week into the game it makes me sick to my stomach.

I have made 3 tickets, the first two were declined instantly. The third I have made a data subject access request for the data surrounding the transactions related to my ban. I have shared my paypal activity, offered to share my bank transactions. Hopefully the team replies with the data so I can use a site like futbin to prove all the sales were of fair market value. Just frustrating when I have spent thousands, have provided proof of that, and still been denied twice. Just don’t understand how I can open 110,000 fifa points, and the TOS team thinks I have bought my coins. They know I haven’t sold the coins as my coin total was still 4m with a 5m team. Makes no sense to me. Thank you for your reply anyway. Hopefully this appeal is either approved or a step in the right direction to getting my account back.

  • Same with me, my first account was hacked and i couldn't properly report it so i had to make a 2nd account.

Now comming back to EA wanting to get back into battlefield n such i see that the alt account, or i guess now my main account, got banned for violating TOS.

which is funny bc it's a mere empty account not violating anything.

Also created an appeal and EA straight up declined it. and like you said, they don't give 2 sh* about their player base it seems.
