I played a cheater and now cant get Maicon and they cant add my game back. Got told to post it here but what help will this do?

The same happen to me, I faced the same hacker 2 games in a row. Then my next game I was about to hit a penalty at the 87 minute and the guy quit the game and I didn’t get the win. I got 29 wins, so gg for me. If you have info on how they can help us let me know.
