FC 25 hub rewards

I gained levels 27 and 28 in the FC 25 season hub. However, neither reward showed up in my packs. How can I get a solution?

Are you looking at it on an App or in a game? Do you have any other packs in My Packs section of store?

    I looked it both. No packs in either place.
