Fc 25 not opening / only showing background

When i open UT, it doesnt show anything except this screen. Ive tried restarting and waiting for a day.  Before it happened i got a (i believe) pick 3 of 10 80+ players card. i presser it to open it...

    I fixed it by logging into my acc on the EA FC app, and claiming the item
