FC 25 SEASON PASS PREMIUM ERROR AFTER PURCHASE

I purchased fc 25 season pass but it wont let me get the cards or packs there is no upgrade option under the cards and packs

I'm having the same problem. Spent 1,000 FC points and have no rewards or progress on the pass...
