FC 25 Tactic Codes not working

I have been trying to use a code on my ultimate team to try some pro tactics for my team. every time I add the code it gives me a wrong prompt. It says I typed it in wrong so I tried the web app and it tells me the same thing even when copied and pasted. I have tried this with 10 different codes as well. I have also tested a whole new squad and it still gives the same prompt.

Does anyone know why I could be having this issue?
