Fc 25 transfer market on the web app not unlocking.

I played the game for 200+ hours with 350+ matches and i still havent unlocked the web app. Why is ea treating players like this and making it impossible to just unlock a simple feature  My playtim...

I also completed the Foundation Objectives for more than 2 weeks and stll cannot access to the transfer market, can any one help to resolve it？
