Fc 25 transfer market on the web app not unlocking.

I played the game for 200+ hours with 350+ matches and i still havent unlocked the web app. Why is ea treating players like this and making it impossible to just unlock a simple feature  My playtim...

I would like to know why I still don't have access to the transfer market. I'm playing a few games a day, even logging into the app several times and I still don't have access. Can you help?
