FC 25 Welcome back packs missing on PS5

Hi,

First of all, I tried conatcting customer service, but they were to no use. They said that I wasn’t eligible for the welcome back packs because I didn’t preorder the game in time, which is dumb because many people got the pack when they bought the game AFTER I did… My problem is that I think I got the packs, let me explain. So I launched the web app when it came out and I had them, opened them and everything, but then when I logged back in, I saw that it was a PC account (I bought the game on PS5), so I waited till the game was released and I started playing and I haven’t recieved them. I then went into the companion app witch automatically logged into the PS5 account now and I don’t know why I’m being punished for switching consoles. I want to speak with someone who can help me resolve this issue with my accounts and with the packs.
