FC Companion App took my coins...again.

I literally sold at least 5 94+ TOTS cards to afford the 500,000 premium pass. I used the FC companion app; I clicked acquire and that a prompt telling me the acquisition failed or something. I did not read it because I literally got enraged. Because I bought a pack for 300,000 a few months ago and I got the message and had to restart the app, when I restarted the app the pack was not there but my coins were gone.

This is so infuriating, why is this happening to me? It is not my internet as my connections are stable and even so if that was the case then where did my coins go????

I spent my last 500,000 to get the premium and my coins are gone and I dont have the pass?

How do I rectify this?

Can I sue?

Because this is ridiculous.

Surely EA can check my account to see what happened to my coins, surely can either complete my purchase or refund me; because the coins had to have gone SOMEWHERE.

    Happened to me too,

    i bought the pass from the web app in my mobile, it wrote something wrong happened and when i logged into my ps5 i saw that the 500,000 coins gone and i dont have the season pass
