FC Companion App
Just bought the game (physical copy of it) and have played over the course of several days and my Companion app still has an error message saying I need to play the game for it to update.
Hey, try logging out and signing back in to make sure that your account synchronizes correctly. Then, use the UT Web app on a web browser to check if you can log in. Play some more games and check your account again 20 minutes after logging out of the Ultimate Team in the game.
I appreciate the advice, but unfortunately it didn’t work. Do you have any other advice / thoughts? Have you ran into this issue before by chance? It seems to be pretty irregular.
