FC Hub is blocked in Companion App / Web App

Hello Community, 

i can‘t see my FC Hub and tasks for EA FC25. Theres a lock and it says „FC Hub is currently Not available“ I can use anythingelse, the only i can‘t use is the FC Hub section. 

Did anyone get this Problem too?

    Hi everyone,

    the issue with the locked FC Hub should now ultimately be fixed. Thanks once more for your patience while this was being worked on!

    Just to note, make sure that you've still already launched and played the game on your console/PC, otherwise the FC Hub won't be available for you.

    i don’t know why but it still doesn’t work for me, I have already launched and played the game on my console, but it still doesn’t work. I’m wondering if you can fix it for me or anyone who has this problem, please and thank you.
