FC Playtime is broken/Web app and Companion Transfer Market wont unlock

I've been playing every day since the first day of early access. I have completed more than 150 full matches. My transfer market was supposed to open in 2 days. The lock was not opened. I noticed th...

I added crazy information from customer support. He tells me that I need to play more than 350 full matches. 

The transfer market has not been opened for almost 3 weeks. 240+ full matches

FC Playtime(matches) continues to run erratically.
