FC Playtime is broken/Web app and Companion Transfer Market wont unlock

I've also played over 300 games since September 20 in all modes
However, access to the transfer market is not yet permitted.
It's clear that there's a bug that resets playtime and number of plays

      I've also played daily since 20th September and still have no access to Webapp Transfermarket. It's unbelieveable...
