FC Points from 24 to 25 issue

I'm having troubles transferring my fc points from FC 24 to FC 25. The pop-up is not appearing when I enter the ultimate team on FC 25. Is it because I am playing FC 25 through "Play Pro" rather than having bought the actual game?
