FC Points Issue
2 hours ago, i bought 2800 FC Points and I still haven't received yet. It feels so unfair for me to purchase with money and not receive the product.

Somtimes it can take up to 24 hours for the transaction to finish processing and for the points to be added to your account. Hopefully you'll get your FC points before then, but until then I'm afraid I can only ask that you're patient.
if you don't have them after 24 hours, I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team. They'll then be able to take a look for you.
