Fc points missing

I just bought 2800 fc Points through the PS Store and they wont show up when i log into the companion app or console. I have been waiting for 3-4 hours now. I checked the account, its the correct one. I checked if i accidentally bought the points for fc 24, thats not the case. What can i do? Please help.
