If you're not receiving the points after an in-game purchase, please grab us an error ID using these steps so we can look into this further.
If this was through Steam separately and not via an in-game purchase, please be sure to let us know if you're seeing any errors or other messages in Steam when this occurs. Please grab a screenshot of that for us as well if that's the case, thanks!
Beyond that please keep in mind we are unable to grant missing points via the forums, so you would need to contact support directly to have that addressed. Please have these purchase screenshots available when reaching out.
