FC Points Purchase
I purchased 1050 points twice from ps store through ps app and i got the confirmation email, when i checked the points through console also companion; it seems that no added points ?
any advice why it is delaying ?

- @ZIKO428 The most common reason is you might of bought points from fifa 24. Double check that it was for 25.
me same, I bought 1050 points fc 25 and didn’t come

Please ensure to check FC 24 game and your purchase history on your PSN account to verify if you bought FC 25 points.
If those are FC 24 points, you have a one-time points transfer option.
I have confirmed that it was for fc25 as per attached

Can you also log out and sign back into your PSN account to help resync your profile? Make sure that you sign in with the correct details if you have multiple accounts.
