Ultimate Team – No active evolution and SP stuck on PS5

Hello,  
I have been playing EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team on PS5 since the game was first released.  
However, for the last two months, my Season Progress (SP) has stopped increasing, and in the Evolutions (player development) section, it says “No active evolution available.”  
The Objectives and Season Progress menus are completely empty.  
Because of this, I can’t earn XP or start any new Evolutions.  
Could you please check my account or inform me when this issue will be fixed?
