Why does it say on Web app, Sorry, Objectives are currently unavialble? Anyone else having this issue hope you could fix it soon thanks

Check both the web app and the companion app and send us a screenshot in case of any further issues.

I still can’t claim the objectives from the web app nor the companion app. I haven’t bought the game only played 8hours from ea play can somebody help??
