FC25 на PS5 - Connectivity Issue

Good afternoon, I ran into this problem on the PS5, I try to log in to the Ultimate Team, the stations load and hope immediately pops up, "It's impossible to connect to the Ultimate Team at this time. You return to the main menu." What could be the reason for this problem? I suggested using Wi-Fi via with VPN, this is also a problem. Please help, thank you in advance
