guys help please

Question

my account got hacked and all my coins disappeared(I had 12 mil),I contacted EA for help they helped me and changed my password for me and told me they'll restore my coins,then,days later I get an email saying I AM BANNED!!

what should I do I swear I didn't sell coins or anything that breaks the rules I don't know what to do help please
