FC25 App froze while bidding then purchased the card without my input

Hi,

I was using the FC25 Companion App on my Android phone. I was watching some auctions for TOTY Vitinha.

During the last 30 seconds of the auction while trying to place a bid, the app froze and then it said congratulations for your purchase. I've bought and sold thousands of cards over the years and have never experienced such an issue.  The card sells for around 80k and the bid was at 70k or thereabouts. But the sale price was 370k which means it cost me  200k coins. It's incredibly unfair, given the market keeps going down anyway, to lose those coins due to a glitch/bug. I would really appreciate it if this could be reversed/rectified.

I also didn't get all my rewards due to a claim all glitch at the end of season 7 and have heard nothing about that. This is really frustrating and I'm reaching the end of my patience. I've been playing this game and supporting the franchise for 35 years but this incidences are really testing me. I would be really grateful if you can look into this.
