Wrongful Permanent Ban on My EA Account – Need Help & Escalation
Hi EA Community Team,
I’m writing here out of frustration and as a last attempt to get help. My EA account was permanently banned on 22nd June 2025 at 10:03 PM UTC, and I’ve been trying to appeal this through support, but every reply simply says the action was correct and that no further details can be shared. My case number is #214449326.
The problem is — I didn’t even play at the time the ban happened.
That Monday, I was at work, not on my system. In fact, I hadn’t played EA FC on either PC or my PS5 for weeks. Around the time of the ban, I received multiple OTPs and login notifications, which I now understand were likely from someone trying to access or already accessing my account. This clearly points to unauthorised activity.
Because my EA account is linked across platforms, my PlayStation access also got banned — where I’ve spent ₹25,000–₹30,000 (~$400 USD). That account wasn’t even used recently, yet it was affected just because it shares the same login. It’s completely unfair to face a permanent ban for activity I didn’t even commit.
I’ve already secured my Google account, removed all suspicious devices, and changed credentials — but EA Support refuses to check or confirm IP access logs from that day, which would prove the logins didn’t come from me.
I understand account security is my responsibility, and I’m not denying that. But banning a loyal player permanently without a proper investigation into the login history seems very harsh.
All I’m asking is that this case be properly escalated or reviewed by a senior support member or account recovery team. Please don’t close this matter without a deeper check.
I really hope someone from the EA team here can help me get this resolved.
