FC25 Gold pack problem

Hello, while playing EA FC25, I was getting the big matches SBC award and a rental gold package came from a pack. However, when I click on that package, it constantly gives connection problems and kicks me out of the game. Therefore, I cannot get my packs from the store. I put a lot of effort into it, it would be a shame. I want it to be fixed urgently.
