no rewards for division rivals

Hey Finez Are you checking your rewards in the game or on the Ultimate Team web app? Have you tried logging out and signing back in to see if that resolves the issue?

I had the same problem this morning. I got the wrong Rivals rewards—I received the 15-point tier instead of the 35-point one...

Yes, I tried several times in the game and application and nothing. a few hours later again but the result is the same.
