FC25 Mobile App Pack Glitch

I recently completed both 87+ Base Icon/Centurions Icons SBC and opened both on the app I got ronaldinho from the first one but on the second one it said i got base R9 but when i went to go add him to my squad on my console it says I had two ronaldinhos both untradable. Is there any way I can contact ea directly about this problem or is there nothing I can do and i’m stuck with 2 untradable ronaldinhos?
