Hi I just won all the 45 points needed for the weekly reward in Rivals, but I didn't get any of it.

We wanted to confirm that all affected players will receive their correct Rivals rewards in-game in the coming days.
This includes the missing rewards from October 31st and November 28th.

lol that won’t fix this. Game and console has already been fully reset multiple times. They’ve messed it up nothing we can do our side

I logged on the app to check my rewards and found nothing.
I didn't get my division rivals reward in Fifa Ultimate Team, it should be at 4pm Malaysia Time. I wait until 4:04pm seems like it cannot be claim, and the UI exactly just can play another rivals game for new season which is Rivals Centurion. Help me EA, i wasting my time to play until i got 45 points rewards and it comes out nothing. Help me fix this ASAP. Below i provide my details,
