Hi I just won all the 45 points needed for the weekly reward in Rivals, but I didn't get any of it.

We wanted to confirm that all affected players will receive their correct Rivals rewards in-game in the coming days.
This includes the missing rewards from October 31st and November 28th.

What happens when the bug occurs? Dont received the rewards on rivals.
What should be happening instead? To receive the rewards !

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At 09:00 GMT+1, I connected through the web app, but then I received an error message that said something like, "Rivals can't be logged." I don’t remember the exact message, and I haven’t received my weekly upgraded Rivals rewards, even though my Rival Points have reset.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am very disappointed because I worked so hard to grind skill points, but in the end, I got nothing.
What should be happening instead? I should be receiving my hard-earned rewards and packing Mbappé.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I did not receive any rewards on rivals. i have completed the 15 wins got 45/45 points and still not got my rewards till now, i see that many people have this bug. Just give everyone the rewards, those who have completed the 15/45 or 45/45 please !!

I woke up and hopped on FC25, i did not see any rewards, just give everyone their rewards.

Pretty sure Level 1 gives a 75+×2 yet after claiming it, I go to the store & it isn't there. Happening for anyone else?
