Fc25 ultimate team

Hi, when I log onto ultimate team it crashes my game I’m playing on new gen but if I go onto the old gen or companion app it says I’m playing on the new gen game but I cannot even get onto this version of ultimate team I have deleted saved progress power cycled the xbox and even deleted and reinstalled the game anyone now how to help.

    @Gruffynn1 the companion app can't log in if you're on Xbox. If you don't properly exit Ultimate team, you won't be able to log in to the companion app. I know it sucks to not be able to log in to both at the same time, as that would be super useful for objectives and such. Lol

    @Gruffynn1 Have you had this issue before or is this your first time? I'm also on Xbox but haven't experienced such issues. I would imagine it'd be harder to get in during content time! ;(

    @Gruffynn1 Has it resolved, or are you still experiencing it? Also, make sure you check to see if you've updated the game!

    Never mind my companion app was working earlier but now when I’m on the Xbox it does not work any ideas on how to help

    Hey everyone. Today, a new update has been released for all platforms. Please restart your game and check if you are still experiencing any crashing issues after the update is installed. Let us know in the comments if you have any further issues.
