Fc25 Web App Stole My team

Hello, I’m completely desperate trying to find EA support to talk to them, but the best I could do was come here to the forum.

Here’s the situation: I was completing some SBCs through the Web App and selected the Squad Builder option. I chose to sort by ascending order and set the minimum overall to 83.

However, the game ended up submitting my best players, which means I lost half of my main team.

I’m asking for sympathy and respect, and I kindly request that my cards be returned — some of them had evolutions already done.

We’re talking about a game I paid €100 for and have over 300 hours of playtime invested in. Now I’m watching all my progress go down the drain due to a simple bug or issue in the app.
