lost out on maldini due to error on ea end

i was 24 wins into maldini objective and had 1 game left to get 1 win, i won my last game but was disconnected when the game ended and i never recieved my maldini or 87x5, went to ea help and he told me to submit this into ea forums and a manager will compensate me
