If you haven't already transferred FC points, then I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. Just use the option that you feel best fits your issue.

I simply cannot. The support website is set up the way that I cannot contact support team with my issue. It simply does not provide options for contact (neither emails, not live chat)
I have tried using different topic to send an email, but it is left without response.
any advice?
