Fifa point transfer no pop-up

Hi! I have accidentally redeemed Fifa points for EA FC 24 instead of 25. I saw all the topics about point transfer but whatever I do the automatic window suggesting the point transfer does not pop...

I simply cannot. The support website is set up the way that I cannot contact support team with my issue. It simply does not provide options for contact (neither emails, not live chat)

I have tried using different topic to send an email, but it is left without response.

any advice?
