Fifa points on wrong fifa

I have already played games on FIFA 15 and I mistakenly purchased 12,000 FIFA points for FIFA 24 on CD Keys ( stupid I know)  - is it possible to transfer these points over since I’ve missed the first  pop up the first time you log in?
