FIFA Points over EA APP
Hi yesterday i bought 18500 fifa points over the EA App on my Notebook for my ps5 fc25 Account. I got the Order and paymemt confirmation from EA, But the i didnt received any fifa points on my ps5...

The points purchased through the EA app are for the PC version of the game. Since you're playing on PS5, you need to purchase them directly in-game or in the PSN Store.
You can contact EA Help Support and request a refund, as you purchased the points on the wrong platform.
If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
- Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
- Select "I want to update my EA Account information"
- Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

Thanks for the information. That is really sad for me.. I thought when the accounts are connected, that the Fifa points will be automatically connected to my play account.
Unfortunately the option to contact the chat wont solve the problem. The chat starts to talking to me. After i sent them all informations, i receive the message that they are checking my issue and come back to me in 4 Minutes. After that message a new chat starts from new "hey my name is... can you tell me your name?"
Is there any other possibility to contact EA except Chat?

Chat support would be the quickest way to get assistance, as the email might take a bit longer to respond.
