Friend got banned

Question

I have a friend who recently downloaded fc25. It was taking him awhile to build a team so we gave him 80k coins to build a starter squad.
His account immediately got permanently banned.

I’m not saying that isn’t against rules but I’m asking does this deserve a permanent lifetime account ban? (my friend has been playing fut since FIFA14)

is there any possible way to reduce the ban? I’m willing to pay real money to cover any penalty! I just want to play co-op with my friend

You get 3 appeals so you can try again. Eventually the ban will either stand or be overturned. After that really nothing else you can do.&nbsp;

He can contact the terms of service team and appeal the ban.&nbsp;

Unfortunately he tried and received this email. That is why I came here out of desperation to find any solution.

Even if he remained banned for this year we want him to at least be able to play FC26 on release
