I swear on the pitch notes when fc25 came out it said that when playing friendlies you will be ranked against players from you division? I am in div 7 (I’m bad I know but just play for a laugh) but I’m playing against div 1 and 2 players ? Does anybody know why ?

Just quit matches doesn’t matter who you face next. EA system is flawed. I also noticed that some squads are higher rated than others, you will face a team with Daglish, maradonna, inaki Williams up top while you are only allowed to filled in one 89 or 90 rated players. The rest rare golds which do not stand a chance against these special cards. It was supposed to be friendlies but ea decided to reward packs for limited matches. Whoever makes these content is probably clueless.
It’s utterly ridiculous… how are casual players supposed to play. I’m now 11 games loss tonight playing full games and not quitting (and getting grief for not quitting!) and yet I’m still matching div 1/2/3 players - every player I ask is no lower than div 3 . What’s the point in even having this game if they just look after the top players but don’t care about the casual players. I genuinely hate this composite a passion. Roll on when they bring out another competitive football game
make sure you do not quit games otherwise you will only have a winning record. however it does not explain how many games it takes into account. if it only looks at your past 10 games and/or only goes to a +5 or -5 record, for match making purposes then that will be bad because you will likely always be playing tough competition above your skill level. More clarity from EA would be helpful.

Thank you - clearly I misread it! Still a bit confused though - does that mean I will keep getting div 1 andd2 players as if that’s the case then live friendlies would just be a waste of my time ? Apologies if I’m not understanding it correctly
