Friendly Cup

Hey, it’s me again. 
It happened on previous cups, and on the current one it happened again. 
While I play on co-op, there are 2 scenarios:

1. I’m the party leader, the game starts and kicks us out. 
2. My co op is the leader, we can play, but I won’t get the objectives done regarding the Italian/french/PL, but I do get the wins and played. 
Any help?
