Fut champs - disconnecting

Just got DC'd as I was winning my last ga,e to get 9 win rewards - game decides to boot me out to menus (wi-fi fully connected) - log back in and it says the usual message saying I disconnected after match report - very frustrating and was looking forward to them icon pics too - feels like the experience has just been completely taken under my feet - seriously contemplating even bothering again - anyone have any suggestions or way I can somehow gt in touch with someone about getting the 9 win rewards? Have tried live chat but they recommended here
