Hi there. Are you disconnecting in the middle of matches? Also, what device are you on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?

I’m wired playing on my console using remote play, tested every other online games and they work fine but EAFC25 PS5 and PS4 versions are kicking users from the servers place address this

I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

This is happening to everyone on consoles Xbox and PlayStation myself included (Xbox series x). I’m losing daily games and other objectives while we speak. It’s ridiculous to not admit that yes, EA is aware of the issue affecting users, and we’re working on it. If anyone at EA were to look at Reddit, discord, or their own forums this would be pretty obvious..

We're not aware of any issues with the servers currently so let's go through some troubleshooting.

I did the same thing and the report is 95. I have tried troubleshooting through almost every method. I changed DNS, I uninstalled, I tried to uninstall and reinstall Anticheat, I messed with the temp files, I deleted background processes, I switched accounts, everything. I get the same error as the other person every time I try to connect to the game. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm connected to Ethernet btw, and I had tried switching to Wi-Fi and even a VPN but to no avail.

Well i have reported many times an issue , us console players are having, Which is the game freezing for about 3 seconds mid match then quite to xbox home page ( i have Xbox series s) i have tried every troubleshooting that exists many times but still the same , the game became unplayable i can't finish any single match bcs of the crushing everytime. the support chat said that they are aware of this but not sure , it's being months and no fix .
I don't know about you guys , if anyone is having the same issue as i do please comment to let them know.

Actually I just fixed the issue for me, at least on PC. I ran the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) in CMD prompt as an admin and it found some corrupted files. I think it could be to do with the new update because that's when this started for me.

I couldn't even load in last night...and now it seems to be happening again. I just got kicked from a squad battle and can't replay that one of course.. FIX YOUR STUFF EA
