Fut champs error

Every couple of games of fut champs I play it all goes well but then my screen freezes for roughly 5-10 seconds. After this I get an error message saying my match result is under view and my connection is lost and it sends me back to the menus whist also counting the game as a lost even though I may be in the lead. As there is the team of the season champions legacy objective out the loss also isn’t recorded as a game player meaning I miss out on the 15 games played in champions finals objective. I need compensation for all this…
