FUT CHAMPS WON and got DNF

Question

2 matches in a row i beat my opponent on FUT Champs then they leave the game then it says Server traffic and kick me out of Ultimate teams , then when I'm back in it says that i left and got DNF'd , now my Rewards and this week of FUT Champions is ruined because of this i need Compensation or i will never will play this game again , this is unfair

Exact same thing happened to me. I made my opponent quit. Won my game 4-1 then once he quit it booted me straight to the main menu. Apparently caused a DNF which counted as a loss. Happened twice now. Such bull***. Need compensation
