Can't win an online game

Why can I not win a game in rivals, champs or any other online mode? I feel like every match I'm unfairly matched. I enjoyed playing FC 24 but FC 25 has not been an enjoyable experience. My team is a top rated team, chemistry is always 33, all players have relevant play and chemistry styles but I struggle in every online match. In the 15 champs games I've never got more that 4 wins, never been able to get the 34 points in rivals and my pack luck is absolutely atrocious, never packed any 99 players even though I did thousands of 89 exchanges and 85 x 10. FC 25 has not been a good experience for me. EA either has me on the naughty list or EA FC games after FIFA just aren't for me. I do think the game has been messed with too much and if you don't spend money in the game you stand little chance of getting anywhere decent.
