FUT Coins Removed – No Response from EA

Hello EA Community,

I am reaching out because I am extremely frustrated with how my situation has been handled. I’ve been a loyal EA player for 26 years, and I’ve always played by the rules. However, I recently received an email stating that my FUT coins were removed due to alleged coin distribution. This is absolutely not true—I have never purchased or transferred coins outside of EA’s official methods.

I’ve submitted a case to EA Support explaining my situation, but so far, I haven’t received any response. Meanwhile, I am unable to fully participate in the game, especially during this important Team of the Year (TOTY) promo and the Weekend League. I’ve worked hard to build my club through countless hours of gameplay, and it’s frustrating to see my efforts wiped out due to what I believe is a mistake.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? What did you do to get a response? I really hope EA can fix this soon because this feels very unfair to a loyal and honest player. Any advice or support from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Yann

  • @deschaux69 It can take 10 days and if they are busy even longer. I’ve seen some be unbanned and some stay banned. So it really just depends what you did or didn’t do. Only you and ea would know what happened.
  • Hi everyone,

I’m writing this after receiving an email from EA stating that my account ban and coin removal will remain in place, despite my appeal. Honestly, I find this absolutely unbelievable and incredibly disheartening. I’ve been playing EA games for over 20 years, and I’ve always approached the game in a fair and honest way.

What’s the point of playing if someone at EA can just issue a ban without providing concrete evidence or clear reasoning? This issue doesn’t just affect me—there are thousands of other players who work hard to play fairly and enjoy the challenges that the game offers. That’s the essence of what makes a game fun and rewarding.

Yet here I am, accused of “suspicious activity,” without being shown exactly what was flagged. Suspicion does not equal guilt. I’d expect EA to thoroughly investigate and provide transparent details before penalizing players.

Meanwhile, the Transfer Market is full of obvious coin distribution—cards worth less than 150k being sold for 1.5 million. These are clear signs of rule-breaking, and yet they go untouched. It feels like EA is targeting the wrong players while ignoring blatant issues.

On top of this, the game itself has been riddled with issues this year. From broken objectives to incorrect packs and other gameplay bugs, EA SPORTS FC 25 has been a constant source of frustration. Even after updates, things only seem to improve slightly by Thursday—long after the weekend events are over.

I’m losing motivation to play a game that no longer feels fair or enjoyable. I hope EA starts taking these issues seriously, not just for me but for the community as a whole. Fair play and transparency should be at the heart of the gaming experience, and right now, it feels like those principles are being overlooked.

    Thanks for reading,
